Yes! We're based in Minneapolis, MN, and we love to travel for projects—both across the U.S. and internationally. Travel fees apply depending on the location, duration, and scope of the project, but we're equipped and excited to go wherever your vision takes us.

During our initial consultation, we'll guide you through the creative process, ask the right questions about your objectives, and recommend the best video, photography, music, or combined solutions to create the best outcome for your project.
What is your production process like?

Every project is unique, but we follow a streamlined three-phase approach:
Pre-Production: We meet (virtually or in-person) to discuss your needs, brainstorm ideas (including custom music concepts), design a tailored plan, and schedule the shoot.
Production: We handle scheduling, provide the necessary crew, gear (including drones for aerial shots), and capture everything on-site.
Post-Production: We edit a rough draft for your review, incorporate feedback and additional edits, add custom music and graphics if needed, and deliver the final files in your preferred format.
Pricing is custom and depends on the project's scope, duration, crew/gear requirements, travel, partnerships, music choice/creation, and deliverables. We provide transparent quotes after our discovery call—no surprises.

Timelines vary by project complexity, length and time of year (busy season or slow season). Simple highlight reels or photo sets can typically be delivered in 1-2 weeks, while longer edits like documentaries may take 4-8 weeks. We'll agree on a clear timeline upfront and keep you updated throughout post-production.
Do you offer drone videography or other specialized equipment?

Yes! We frequently incorporate drone footage for cinematic aerial views, timelapse setups for dynamic storytelling, and professional audio/lighting gear. If your project needs something specific, just let us know and we can accommodate most requests, even on international shoots.
Can you create custom music for my video or event?

Yes! We can produce original custom music in-house to perfectly fit your video, event or brand. We also can source royalty free music through one of several online databases and present you with options. Whether you need an upbeat track for a promo, atmospheric soundscapes for a documentary, or themed music for a live event, we have you covered!
Can you help with podcast production?

Absolutely! We offer full podcast services, from concept and guest coordination to filming, audio recording, editing (including custom music/intros), and distribution guidance. We even produce our own EventLife Podcast (available on YouTube and Spotify) as an example of our work.
Do you offer live streaming services?
